Cerrig-y-Ddinas hill fort is difficult to trace, but its commanding location above Henryd Image gives a fine view over the Conwy Valley towards Llandudno.

Ice-moulded outcrop
This prominent outcrop forms the summit of Cerrig-y-Ddinas. It is wonderfully smoothed by ice flowing northwards along the Conwy Valley. Paradoxically, it appears to be plucked along its southern margin (left in image), which would be indicative of flow in the opposite direction.
