Sausage or cash in Conwy

Royal Cambrian Academy of Art, Crown Lane, Conwy
An art gallery fronting Crown Lane, at the rear of Plas Mawr. The Cambrian Academy of Art was founded in 1881, becoming the Royal Cambrian Academy in 1882. In 1885 the RCA moved into Plas Mawr, an Elizabethan townhouse in Conwy owned by Lord Mostyn. The RCA moved from Plas Mawr in the early 1990s into new gallery nearby, converted from a former chapel.
