Tram shelter
A waiting shelter at the road to The Oval. The trams ran to West Shore on a single track laid close to the central reservation of Gloddaeth Avenue. This shelter is clearly identified in historical photos of the town, and is well preserved today despite its isolation and lack of obvious purpose. The planting of trees on the reservation has diminished the spacious boulevard, but at least it prevents illegal parking.
