White Rabbit
Erected in 1933 by Llandudno UDC, the statue of the White Rabbit was unveiled by David Lloyd George. The cage seems to be a newer addition.

Urban dunes
Sand blowing off the adjacent shore is a continuous and contentious issue at West Shore. Here the sand, driven by strong westerlies, has overwhelmed the roadside wall, and the persistent environment has allowed the establishment of marran grasses.
