This plot of land was for sale in 2009 Image] and auctioned in the latter part of 2012. Planning permission for a two bed dwelling has been granted according to the signage.
Reckon the garden, which will be small, will be a rock garden given the absence of soil.

On our normal dog walk we were blessed today with some sunshine after a miserable period of cloud, wind and rain.The Carneddau in the background had a dusting of snow.
