Cottage at Black Cat corner
At one time - a boatyard and chandlers. More recently a compound for Audi cars.
The surrounding foliage is green but we are experiencing the drought of '22.
This was a very hot day.

Mini Roundabout Black Cat Corner Glan Conwy
At the junction of A547, A470 and leading to major roundabout to A55 (the flyover in the background). Very busy at peak times and quite a few 'bumps and shunts' on occasions. See also Image]

Always busy, at the junction of A547, A 470 and the main roundabout to A55 across North Wales - Holyhead to Chester. See also Image]
The garage has since been demolished (August 2011) and is being rebuilt see Image]

Shell station at Black Cat roundabout
Interestingly the price of fuel was about 2p a litre cheaper than the Tesco forecourt about 800 metres away.
Unleaded was 191.9 and diesel 198.9p a litre. (10 July 2022)

At the appropriately named Shell Black Cat garage on the Black Cat roundabout at the Glan Conwy corner of the A470 road.
Indeed the very start of the A470 in North Wales.

Construction site Black Cat petrol station
