Three places are named on this stone: Kernioge (sic), which is an old coaching inn on the A5; Corwen, which is indicated as being 23 miles; and a third place (Llan ...?), which is too indistinct to decipher.

18th century grade 2 listed "Toll House" on the edge of Snowdonia in the picturesque market town of Llanrwst. It is now known as Bryn Amlwg and is a holiday let.
