A stream behind the Black Lion
Referring to Image I'm pleased to say the washing has been taken in.
More importantly 2025 is proving to be the hottest year with many records broken.
This particular area has however been subjected to severe flooding on at least two occasions (2012 and 2020) which has prompted major flood alleviation works. Some of these are noticeable in this image with culverts and drains.

The village is situated on the Afon Elwy about 5 miles south of Abergele. It was the home of the Welsh poet and bard John Jones (1810-1869).
