Want to buy the White Lion Hotel?
Or Gwesty Llew Gwyn. There was no lunch for me today - the hotel (the last remaining watering hole in Cerrigydrudion) had closed.
No doubt in the days when the A5 went through the village this was a bustling place. But the village has been bypassed for over 30 years, and the A5 itself is much less busy as most north Wales traffic uses the A55. So these changes, though sad, are inevitable.
