The Ruined Pen-y-bryn Farmhouse
This old farmhouse has almost totally collapsed with the exception of the fireplace and chimney wall, always the strongest parts of the house. The footpath passes to the left of this side of the house, and the old barn seen at Image is to the right of this photo. The A5104 runs in the bottom of the valley far below.

Footpath past Pen -y-bryn Farmhouse
The footpath follows the line that curves to the left here, whilst the tractor track takes the easier route to the right of the ruined farmhouse, and past the old barn seen at Image . The ruined farmhouse can be seen at Image .
