Mixed grazing
The sheep and rabbits do not disturb each other, nor are they worried by the camera but they do compete for grazing! It is said that 7 rabbits eat as much as a ewe.

In this case, the castle is Caer Drewyn, (caer = fortress) a hill fort to the north of Corwen.

Great oak tree on the edge of the valley
Just below this tree the ground drops steeply to Afon Dyfrdwy. These big trees provide good shade for livestock (and people) on hot days, this area still has lots of big mature trees.

The white line will soon end
This is the B5437 eastward towards Carrog, it soon narrows down to a single track rural lane. It is used by a suitably sized bus that travels from Llangollen to Bettws Gwerfil Goch. Image]
