Redevelopment of the old hospital site

Refurbishment nearing completion
Over the last few months this wonderful late Victorian house has been completely refurbished. The one next door was part of the Llangollen Cottage Hospital which has recently closed.

Railway lines north-west of Llangollen, Denbighshire
This shows the tracks on the Llangollen Railway on the approach to the town, about six hundred metres north-west of the station. The line climbing to the left leads to some sidings and a depot including railway workshops.
