Llantysilio junior school
The school was built in 1858 on half an acre of land given by Major Charles Tottenham of Berwyn Hall, for children or adults from the poorer classes of the area. Nowadays about 40 children attend this school.

Double rubbing post
Judging by the polish and black and white hairs on this path marker and electric supply pole the dairy cows use these poles regularly. The short one must be for the belly and the pole for the back and sides.
