Trying mother's little helper
The blocks of molasses based mineral licks are put out at this time of the year to help the milking ewes utilise any forage they may be eating and help protect them against hypomagnesaemia ("grass staggers"). Lambs learn all about feeding and herding by following their mothers, so why not have some of this tasty stuff? Although the lick is designed for lactating ewes the lamb will be OK having a lick. http://www.rumenco.co.uk/product/91/SUPAlyx-Mag-Booster.html For more information look at the PDF in this link.
