Ruabon Gates
This was the Ruabon entrance into Wynnstay Park, where a tree lined avenue led to the mansion of the Watkin Williams Wynnes. The gates were presented to the borough in 1912 to fit within the 1770 archway.

Wynnstay Arms Hotel, Ruabon
On the corner of Park Street and High Street, opposite St. Mary's Church. Built in the late 18th century as a coaching inn, later enlarged. The building was Grade II listed in 1963.

The street leads from St Mary's Church to the Wynnstay Estate - the gates of which can be seen in the distance. The houses were built for the estate workers in 1840.
