Entrance to Mondelēz International factory in Chirk
Viewed from Station Avenue in October 2014. A Google Earth Street View shows that the name at the entrance was Cadbury Chirk Factory in August 2009. Cadbury was acquired by Kraft Foods in February 2010. Kraft's confectionery business became Mondelēz International in 2012.

Now operated by Mondelez International this former Cadbury factory on Station Avenue processes cocoa beans. It employs about 150 people. Mondelez International owns many well known confectionery and other food brands.
