Abandoned Allotments Blaby
Abandoned or forced out these former allotments have quickly succumbed to rampant bramble growth and the odd bit of fly tipping.

This footpath crosses the fields to the south of Blaby and skirts the golf course on its way to Lutterworth Road.

Golf In The Frost Blaby
Some green keepers would be a bit precious about allowing golfers to stomp about on the greens in a sharp frost. Not so at Blaby golf centre.

Field Entrance
What appears to be prime development land, although now (Dec 08) in the current climate it may be left undeveloped for the foreseeable future. One to revisit in a few years time.

A hazard at Blaby Golf Centre
This is a 9-hole "turn up and play" course on the southern edge of Blaby. I watched two young men playing a nearby hole - one was struggling to get out of a boggy hazard caused by a stream crossing the course. He soon wished that he'd taken a drop!
