I'm guessing a bit here, but I suspect this church in Main Street replaced the original small chapel Image just NE of the parish church of St Michael and All Angels Image

Rose Cottage
This cottage in The Green, Markfield, opposite the Church, always draws the eye. The gardens are lovingly kept. The lamp standard outside is one of a number of replicas of old style lamps recently installed in this heart of the village.
