The Queens Head
The pub is situated in a former prime location on the main Leicester Road just north of Markfield, but the new A50 does rather keep passing traffic away from here now.

It's very tempting to say this appears to be the former A50 road, prior to the construction of the dual carriageway just across the fields to the north. I have no real evidence to that effect.
