Fly tipping at the Abbey Meadows
The Abbey Meadows was the site of the former Wolsey Factory, a water tower and two chimneys are all that remain. There are plans to redevelop the site for residential use, the water tower and taller chimney will be retained and restored.

This was intended to be some sort of amenity area but it has been seriously neglected. Behind the brambles on the right is a low retaining wall with decorated panels that have all but disappeared. Who is responsible for this neglect?
