Brooke House College
Grade II* listed. Listing number 1074394. Circa 1708 thought to have been first built by John Massey but in 1808, top storey to western part and the east wing added. Red brick facade with rusticated stone quoins and moulded stone sill bands; cornioe and small parapet. 3 storeys. Street facade has 5 windows, all barred sashes with moulded stone architraves. Top storey has 3 windows only. Main front is to garden, at right angles to road and has 5 windows, 1 being a long round-headed landing window through all storeys. Good projecting stone porch in Greek Ionic style with paired columns.

15-16 Leicester Road, Market Harborough
Grade II listed. Listing number 1361218.C17 and early C19 house of 2 ½ storeys at right angles to road. Red brick with grey headers and string course between floors. 3 windows with small plain keystones, 1st floor now with modern leaded glazing, ground floor has 1 canted bay. Wooden eaves cornice. Steeply pitched slate roof formerly with 1 dormer, now with 3 pedimented dormers. Door in plain wood case with keystone, cambered head lining and plain fanlight. 3-storey later wing to road has 2 windows to street facade. Sashes with glazing bars and stuccoed lintels.

Five listed buildings on Leicester Road
9-11. Grade II listed. Listing number 1074393. Early C19 block, designed as a whole. Red brick. 3 storeys. 3 windows with fluted keystones. Central canted ground floor bay with small cornice. Windows, sashes with glazing bars. No 9 has a round-headed doorcase with panelled blind fanlight and 6-panel door. No 10 has a 6-panel door inset in narrow reeded wood case with rectangular fanlight and open dentil pediment. No 11 has similar doorcase with panelled and reeded pilasters and reeded brackets. Side facade has some geometric designs in dark headers. 8. Grade II listed. Listing number 1074392. Early C19. Red brick house. Slate roof. 3 storeys. 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor has 2 small canted bay windows. Doorcase with hood, pilasters and reeded brackets. Carriageway entrance at south side - carriageway doors with cambered head linings 7. Grade II listed. Listing number 1074391. Late C18 architectural features but possibly not built until earlier C19. Red brick. Roof not visible. Symmetrical design. 2 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars. Central door with good rectangular fanlight and narrow panelled wooden doorcase with hood on brackets and transverse reeding to brackets. Passage entry at side. 6. Grade II listed. Listing number 1074390. Late C18/early C19. Red brick with slate roof. 3 storeys. 2 windows sashes with glazing bars, those on 1st floor with boxed frames and cambered head linings. North side of ground floor has canted bay with cornice and glazing bars. Door with cambered head lining and additional side entrance to rear at south side. 4-5. Grade II listed. Listing number 1074389. Early C19. Red brick with slate roof. One building. 3 storeys. 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars and gauged flat red brick arches. Ground floor has canted bay with cornice and glazing bars at north side.
