Fingerpost and village sign, North Luffenham
The sign shows a clump of trees, the village pump, the local pub and the church. There is surely a Victorian morality tale hiding behind the choice of subjects. The fingerpost is the standard Rutland County Council concrete style.

Formerly the Fox and Hounds, but re-branded as a restaurant/pub. The building is an attractive example of a Georgian style inn, dating from around 1800, built in coursed stone rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof, Listed Grade II.
