Leicestershire v Lancashire at Oakham School
Leicestershire played Lancashire in the One Day Cup at Oakham School. After an overcast morning and early afternoon the sun eventually broke through towards the end of a match in which a feeble Leicestershire were comprehensively beaten (Leics 172, Lancs 175-1).

Oakham School: a cover drive
After a grey morning and early afternoon, the sun broke through as Lancashire eased to an emphatic 9-wicket win against Leicestershire. Here Haseeb Hameed plays a classical cover drive on his way to 55 not out. His partner, the Lancashire captain Liam Livingstone, walloped seven sixes in 90 not out as the match ended early, with 24 overs unused (Leics 172, Lancs 175 for 1).
