In the dog house! - Building by the Rutland District Council Offices at Catmose
Alan Murray-Rust has made enquiries about the use of this interesting looking building and has been informed it was the dog house for the hunting hounds when the main building was used as a hunting lodge.

Rutland County Council Offices
Formerly a large private house (Catmose House) dating from the late 18th century. This wing is from the 19th century. Lg II.
There is a flush bracket bench mark http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3251321 on right hand side of the projecting chimney breast, more clearly visible in the higher resolution version.
