St Egelwin's Church and churchyard
This is the only church in the country to be dedicated to Saint Egelwin the Martyr. The main church building dates from the 13th Century, although the tower was rebuilt in the 17th Century. The church is full of interesting and unusual carvings, including a rare Anglo-Scandinavian piece of work close to the pulpit. The base of a medieval stone cross is located in the churchyard
