Standard EIIR pillar box in distinctly faded "post office pink". The box stands outside the house which used to be the Post Office. Currently a limited Post Office facility is provided twice a week in the village hall.

Main Road, Old Dalby
Main Road on Old Dalby Day 2013. The whole village goes en fête each August Bank Holiday. The roads are closed to vehicles and all kinds of activities are held on the village green, stalls spring up and mini yard sales are held.
