Spectacular departure
A local train for Quorn and woodhouse behind Fowler 3F 0-6-0 No. 47406 built in 1926. The curvature of the track hides the hauling locomotive. This is a small locomotive working hard, hence the volcanic effects. Beyond is 9F No. 92214 on the travelling post office set. The building is the former Ladybird books factory - perhaps the revamped titles should include 'the railway enthusiast'.
