Numbers 11 and 12 The Cwm lie on the south bank of Wylcwn Brook and are glimpsed from George Road. Almost hidden behind the hedge in Castle Road is White House. Probably built in the 18th century but incorporating parts of an earlier building to the rear which is within the castle bailey. At a number of locations in the town are these 'bone' signs, each sponsored by a business. Attached to each sign is a supply of dog poo bags. What an excellent idea to help keep the town clean.
