Path through Alderman Thomas Williams Playing Field, Llanfaes, Brecon
Into the north side of the playing field from Orchard Gardens near the B4601 Orchard Street. A faded inscription near the camera records that the recreation ground was presented to the Borough of Brecon by Alderman Thomas Williams in 1927.

Games Hospital, Llanfaes
These almshouses, at the junction (left) of Orchard Street (the B4601) and Newmarch Street, were originally endowed in 1723 by Elizabeth Walker, of Newton House in Abercamlais, and her sister, Katherine Games, but were completely rebuilt in the C19.
