Lancaster Canal at Tewitfield
View from the winding point towards Tewitfield Marina.
The Lancaster Canal Trust has erected an information board here, to show details of the proposed restoration of the Northern Reaches of the canal to Kendal. This was unveiled recently (May 2010) by Geraldine Smith, the local MP from 1997 - 2010.
