Mossy limestone pavement, Peter Lane
This limestone pavement beside the lane is usually deeply shaded by the trees and has become covered in thick moss. Now that the autumn storms are rapidly removing those leaves sunlight has returned.

Prehistoric cairn
A few kerb stones and a central chamber are evident. When built (Bronze age?) there was probably an extensive view particularly eastwards.
