Minor road near trig point of New House Pasture
The road is unclassified on OS maps and the public may have no right to motor over it; there is at least a right to walk it - it's mapped as (an)other route with public access. The trig point known to the OS as 'New House Pasture' is on the far side of the wall to the right of where the road disappears.
