Galgate Silk Mill
The red brick building is part of a complex of mills from the 18th and 19th centuries. http://www.pastscape.org.uk/hob.aspx?hob_id=1586533. Sadly it is disused and partly derelict. It overlooks the River Conder; the fields in the foreground are part of the flood plain
