Ashton Hall, south tower

Ashton Hall
Ashton Hall is a designated grade one listed building. The only part of the original 14th century structure that still remains is the tower that now forms the southern wing of the hall. This can be clearly seen to the right of the photograph. The rest of the building was rebuilt in the 19th century.
