Football match at the Giant Axe
Lancaster City v Ramsbottom United which ended in a 5-0 defeat for the home side. The light is fading but the evening sun still illuminates Lancaster Castle and the Priory Church.

The Victoria Hotel is situated at the junction of West Road and Willow Lane in a predominantly residential area, less than 0.5 miles to the west of Lancaster city centre. This former public house was due to be sold at public auction in December 2013.
