The canal west of the aqueduct, Halton
On the right, just before the bridge, there is a large area of water. Perhaps barges used to moor there, although there is no access to the banks now.

The bridges seem to be of a standard design, but the pipelines fastened to them vary. In this case it is arches, inside a split outer cover.
