Stanley Dock Branch, Leeds & Liverpool Canal
The Stanley dock branch links the Leeds & Liverpool Canal main line to Stanley Dock. The canal main line is at a higher level and the dock branch locks down to the dock, here a lock is located under the railway line that runs round to Southport. The building on the horizon is about where the main line is.
