A tower, containing offices, on a very broad podium which curves round the corner of Brook and Old Hall Streets, and houses printing and distribution facilities. It is clad in ribbed brown concrete. Built 1970-74 to the designs of Farmer & Dark. The two figures to the fore are statues. They depict John and Cecil Moores, founders of Littlewoods, and stand outside its former headquarters (Image]).

'The River Mersey' in Old Hall Street
This large piece of carved Portland Stone seems to be called 'The River Mersey' and it once stood on top of the old Cotton Exchange in Old Hall Street. Other statues from the old building stand at various places around the current Cotton Exchange. Sadly this historic statue looks as though it has just been dumped there waiting for someone to take it away.
