Aughton Park Railway Station
The station is served by trains on the Ormskirk branch of the Merseyrail Northern Line. Originally the main line route from Liverpool Central to Preston and Scotland, the line is now split at Ormskirk between the Merseyrail electric system and Northern services to Preston.
