The Wedding House
Standing alone at Great George Place, the Wedding house is easy to spot. A Victorian gothic building dating from the 1860s, it is a grade II listed building (English Heritage Building ID: 214195 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-214195-3-and-4-great-george-place-#.VbIpVHnbKHs British Listed Buildings). It was formerly the North and South Wales Bank.

The Wedding House, Liverpool
It does what it says on the tin, it's a building devoted to satisfying the demands of brides and their grooms for their big day.
Originally it was built in Gothic Revival style for the North and South Wales Bank (1838-1905), one of the banks that was taken over and merged into the Midland Bank, now the HSBC. See; http://www.gla.ac.uk/media/media_414010_en.pdf

The Horseshoe pub and Liverpool Anglican Cathedral
I think the pub was built before the cathedral, all the old terraced houses have gone, replaced by 20 c housing.
The pub was used by the Liverpool "far left" socialists as a meeting place.
