Forth Street Hall
This was formerly the Baptist Church. The plaque on the left states that the stone was laid by Rev W Holmes Coats in 1939. Mr Coats was principal of the Scottish Baptist College and a member of the Coats family of thread makers from Paisley.

Late in the evening of Friday, 25th November, 2022 the former premises of 'Masterton of Leven' jewellery shop was destroyed by fire. Adjoining premises were also affected. Leven Lidl store on School Lane
The redevelopment of this site has preserved a couple of entrance pillars to the car park, one of which retains a stone saying "Leven High School 1880" (I think). Details of this establishment are hard to come by; contributions will be welcomed.
