Cowdenbeath Station
In those days this was the end of the line during off peak times. The service from Edinburgh has terminated and is waiting to depart back towards the capital. A freight train is approaching on its way to Thornton yard. Note at this time the blue station nameboards are still in place adding some colour to a very dull day.
