Helter skelter, Burntisland fair
There is a small museum above Burntisland library telling the history of the fair; it seems that the helter skelter was always popular. Not a crowd-puller today though.

The fair was very quiet as we walked through, but this attraction had drawn a few spectators. A sign warned spectators and participants of the chief risk associated with water.
