This fine display of poppies caught my eye just outside Aberdour.

Looking across a field of rape with a border of poppies on the outskirts of Aberdour. In the distance, beyond the Forth estuary, Arthur's Seat In Edinburgh can be seen at left, and the Pentland Hills to the right.

This bridge crosses the Fife circle railway line on the edge of the eastern portion of Aberdour.

Looking south over St Fillans Cres and The Glebe. The transition between harling and cow fodder is something these cows have probably never considered.
