this was taken on a very busy Saturday afternoon. one of three McDonald's in the historic capital of Scotland (until 1436) this branch is adjacent to the Kingsgate Shopping Centre on Dunfermline High Street and i believe the building itself is listed

Marks and Spencer, Dunfermline
the entrance to Marks and Spencer at the corner of Bonnar Street and the pedestrianised high street. this was built especially in mind for the store when they first opened in the city (as part of the Kingsgate Shopping Centre) in 1985.
