Flagstone Dyke
Caithness was short of trees but had a plentiful supply of easily worked flagstone, so dykes and fences were often built of stone. This one is a modern example.

Thurso Camp Site
Very few campers on this Mayday, but the Bank Holiday was to be the following Monday. The site's clubhouse - ' The Blue Door' - is in the centre of the view.
