Former engine house and pump house, Portsmouth Road
Of the former Seething Wells water treatment works. Built c1851-52 by James Simpson for the Lambeth Water Works Company in a neo-Norman style (e.g. see the round-headed windows). Grade II listed.
Some of these buildings are now used by Kingston University, the one on the far left is now a gym.

"Howzat?"
It's all about timing and, having observed just one ball of the match, was just a split second out. The batsman had played and missed, and the ball can be seen about to remove his off stump.

This is a new housing development in Long Ditton, just south west of Surbiton just a few hundred yards from the Thames and near the main railway line through Surbiton from Waterloo to the south coast

Built on the site of filter beds of the former waterworks. The style is vaguely similar to surviving waterworks buildings.

Water works building
The Seething Wells waterworks are no more, this is now a gym. Housing that has been built on the site of the works can be seen beyond along Portsmouth Road.
