Chelsea Lodge, Portsmouth Road
Of the former Seething Wells water treatment works. It was built in 1860 by James Simpson for the Chelsea Waterworks Company. The style is Italianate - see the rather spindly campanile tower. Grade II listed. The tower beyond is the old coal store, also by Simpson. A tunnel used to run from the store to the Thames. Grade II listed. The site is now occupied by Kingston University.
