Former engine house and pump house, Portsmouth Road
Of the former Seething Wells water treatment works. Built c1851-52 by James Simpson for the Lambeth Water Works Company in a neo-Norman style (e.g. see the round-headed windows). Grade II listed.
Some of these buildings are now used by Kingston University, the one on the far left is now a gym.
