Old Malden war memorial
This memorial in the grounds of Image was originally for the Great (First World) War but an additional plaque remembers "1939-1945 war and all wars since".
Sadly, it was vandalised in 2011.

Malden Manor
The old manor house which gave its name to the nearby station. It is owned by Merton College, Oxford (patrons of the nearby church Image) and used for wedding receptions and other functions. It is Grade II listed.

Old Malden War Memorial
Here are to be found the remnants of the old village of Malden, consisting of St John’s Church, the Manor House and Manor Farm. The simple war memorial stands on the edge of the churchyard by the lychgate.

Church Lane, Old Malden
The lane is an unsurfaced private road belonging to Merton College, Oxford, historic owners of the adjacent properties and patrons of the church Image The houses at the right of the photo were built in 1997 but are not accessed from this side.
